Regarding pricing, following are all the auction results that I can find on bringatrailer.com for this year/make/model, as a 4x4 Highboy.
Conditions vary greatly, as you will see, and I only find one with factory air conditioning, which is obviously important in Maryland summers. Of course, the custom reserve tank, custom bumpers, and hidden winch are unique.
